Yes and No. Yes, if you’re located in Washington, DC or New York. I can set up a LLC, Partnership, or Corporation. Depending on your location my service covers the entire process whether you need articles of incorporation or need to meet the publication requirement.

How much is it to book a consultation?

A general consultation price is $150 for a 30 minute session. If you’d like to book a monthly consultation for check ins and strategy meetings email me directly to work out a schedule and costs..

How long does the trademark application take?

The total application processing time may be anywhere from 10 months to a year, or even longer. However, the trademark service I provide will get you through the entire process. From the trademark search, filing the application, to responding to office actions, and coordinating with the USPTO.

Do you work on retainer?

No. All of my services are based on flat fees. Meaning you pay the fee and then I provide the service. No hidden fees ever. However, I do offer legal bundles that act as a subscription for monthly services.

Are you available for speaking engagements?

Yes, I am available for workshops, retreats, panels etc. More information provided here.

I already have a contract, can you review it for me?
